can save

Sierra Donor Services’ mission is to save and improve lives through organ, eye and tissue donation. As a nonprofit organ procurement organization (OPO), we connect lifesaving gifts to patients who need them most. SDS serves more than 2.8 million people across 13 counties in Northern California and Nevada.

Our Stories

“There’s no future that’s not open to him. We owe it all to the donor family.”

“I am not only grateful for my new heart, but I feel it’s really my responsibility to take care of it.”
