Sierra Donor Services Raises Awareness for Donation at NorCal COGIC Women’s Conference

Sierra Donor Services (SDS) was proud to participate as a booth vendor at the NorCal COGIC Women’s Conference, with host Mother Gloria P. Hunt. The event brought together a vibrant and inspiring community of Black women, offering a powerful platform for connection, faith, and empowerment.
We were honored with a warm introduction from Marion Harris, one of the conference organizers, before speaking to the group.
Kyla Aquino Irving, SDS Senior External Affairs Coordinator, shared with attendees about the vital importance of organ and tissue donation, highlighting the health disparities and critical need for donors within communities of color.
Through heartfelt conversations and informative materials, she helped raise awareness and encourage others to consider the life-saving impact of becoming a donor.
