Wes was a terrific athlete, inducted into his high school Hall of Fame in Fairmont, Minnesota, June 2007.
Wes was an individual who had by example, shown the true meaning of athletic completion. He was honored for his outstanding accomplishments and contributions to his school and community.
Wes was a truck driver winning first place year after year in many truck rodeos with Union 76. Wes retired after 30 years of service.
A resident of Amador Country, Wes donated the past eight years of his life to Interfaith Food Bank. On October 6, 2008, he was scheduled for a knee replacement surgery and met with our Lord and Savior that night.
