2018 Donate Life Visual Arts Contest for High School Students

Sierra Donor Services (SDS) and the UC Davis Transplant Center are partnering for the 5th Annual Sacramento Regional Donate Life Visual Arts Contest for high school students to save and enhance more lives through organ and tissue donation. We invite you to showcase your creativity and talent or encourage a student you know to enter this contest.
The deadline for submissions for the 2018 contest is March 15, 2018.  The awards ceremony will be Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. and winners or their representative must be present to accept the awards.  Make sure you read all of the rules and guidelines early so you have ample time to complete your projects.

There are a host of prizes and categories available:

Grand Prize:   $1000-Awarded to the project which earns the highest score of all eligible entries.

Teachers can win too!  The teachers with the highest number of students who submit entries will win:

  • First Place:       $300
  • Second Place:  $200
  • Third Place:       $100

  • Multilingual Video Contest
  • English Video Contest
  • Multilingual Poster Contest
  • English Poster Contest

Prizes available in each category:

  • First Place:       $500
  • Second Place:   $400
  • Third Place:      $300
  • Fourth Place:   $200
  • Fifth Place:       $100
